Frequently asked questions

What does a hotel really cost?

On top of the room rate there can be taxes, a tourist tax or resort fees. Some are included in the price, others are collected on arrival. For popular destinations we show the charge directly.

Do I pay tourist tax on top?

It depends on the place and country. Many towns charge a set amount per person per night, often payable at the front desk. The city tax overview lists the rate, how it is paid and who is exempt.

How does hotel cashback work?

You open the site through the cashback button, book as usual and get a percentage back once the booking is confirmed and the stay is completed. Each provider's conditions are listed.

Can I combine a voucher with cashback?

With some sites yes, with others the code rules out cashback. We show the condition for each provider so you know before you book.
