It suits you if you want to arrange a private tour with an English speaking guide or a hotel in Bangkok on the ground and do not mind sorting out details by enquiry.

The site is organised by destination. For Thailand there are tours and excursions from Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phuket, Krabi, Pattaya, Hua Hin and Kanchanaburi among others, plus overland trips. It also covers Angkor in Cambodia, Vientiane in Laos, northern Vietnam and Myanmar, there with Yangon, Bagan and a river cruise. For Bangkok there is a hotel list with prices in euros.

What a booking really costs
For many tours there is no fixed price on the site. A Bangkok city tour with Chinatown and Wat Pho describes the programme and what is included, and the price is given on request. For Myanmar the site says tour prices are given on demand. So always ask for the final price per person and what it covers.
As an example, one Bangkok tour lists hotel pick-up, a van or bus transfer, lunch without drinks, drinking water, one hour of massage and an English speaking guide. So drinks with the meal and tips are yours to plan for. The hotel list shows room types such as Superior or Standard and separates single and twin rooms and breakfast. Make sure you know whether a price is per room or per person.
The provider reserves the right to adjust prices when costs, taxes, exchange rates, airport charges or hotel rates change. Ask for the price in writing.
Cancellation and payment
Concrete cancellation and payment terms are not shown with every tour. Clarify them by email before booking and have them shown on the confirmation. Ask for the deadline for a free cancellation, for the deposit, and whether a hotel is charged if you do not turn up. The provider points out that itineraries are statements of intent.
