Earlier campaigns with free cancellation were time limited and do not automatically apply to bookings today.
Arrival and keys
Your accommodation ticket explains the handover. Either the owner or manager brings the key and meets you at the house, or you collect it from an address given on the ticket. You are often asked to call before you arrive. Leave time for the handover, especially if you arrive late.
