What the booking really costs
The site promises no hidden fees and real-time prices. Still, check the final price on the last page before you pay. According to the terms all prices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Your bank may charge foreign transaction fees for payments in another currency, which comes on top. For flights, luggage and seat selection matter and depend on the fare, and for hotels taxes and local charges, which depending on the country are paid on site or included in the price.
Payment and cancellation
- Payment is processed in real time through Stripe. Your card is charged immediately when the booking is confirmed, followed by an email with an invoice as a PDF.
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted. If a payment fails, nothing is charged.
- Flights: The fare rules of the ticket you booked apply. Non-refundable fares are not refunded once issued. You bear any cancellation fees charged by the airline.
- Hotels: Cancellations up to 48 hours before check-in get a full refund, later ones do not.
- Car rentals: Full refund up to 24 hours before pick-up, after that one day of rental is charged.
- Cruises: No refund within 30 days of departure. Cancelled earlier, they are refunded in full.
You request a cancellation by emailing support with your booking reference. According to the provider refunds go back to the original payment method within three to five business days. The terms give no separate rule for packages, so check the cancellation terms before you book.
For package offers on the platform, note that the conditions for flight, hotel and car differ. Read before paying which rule applies to the part you book. If you are unsure about your dates, choose an offer with a longer cancellation deadline, even if it costs a little more.
